1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Roll Call/Quorum Call.
3. Affidavit of Posting for Regular Monthly Meeting.
4. Reading of August 2022 Minutes and Approval.
5. Treasurer’s Report and Approval.
6. Review and Pay Monthly Bills.
7. Public Comment: Must sign up prior to start of meeting. Five (5) minute time limit.
8. Old Business
   1. Fire Board Report

   3. Meeting and Training Report
   4. Discussion and possible action on sale of Town Hall Property
9. New Business
   1. Discussion and possible action on Jackson County Zone Change Petition 2022-39 as requested by Fairchild DG, LLG on property in the NE1/4 NE-1/4 Section 3, T24N R5W, Town of Cleveland, Jackson County, Wisconsin. Then request is to change 4.732 acres of the Official Zoning Map from the A-1 (Agriculture) District to the B-2 (Outlying Business) District for the construction of a Commercial Retail Facility, parking lot, and utility connections.
   2. Discussion and possible action on culvert on Bloom Road.
