    1. Discussion and possible action on Jackson County Zone Change Petition #2022-32 as requested by Kevin and Deidra Bush, on property in the NW1/4 SW1/4, Section 8, T24N, R5W, Town of Cleveland, Jackson County, WI. The request is to change 1.5 acres of the official Zoning Map from the A-2 (Forestry and Limited Agriculture) District to the R-2 Residential District for the construction of a single-family home.
    2. Discussion and possible action on Jackson County Zone Change Petition #2022-35 as requested by Scott Bertrang, on property in the NW1/4 NW1/4, Section 1, T24N, R5W, Town of Cleveland, Jackson County, WI. The request is to change 4.00 acres of the Official Zoning Map from A-1 (Agriculture) District to the R-2 (Residential) District to change an old barn into a single-family home.
    3. Discussion and possible action on Jackson County Variance Request #2022-38 as requested by Fairchild DG, LLC on property located in the NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 03, T24N, R5W, Town of Cleveland, Jackson County, WI. The request is to allow for 1 parking stall per 210 square feet of floor space for retail stores.  Theis is contrary to Section 17.50 (5) of the Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, which 1 parking stall per 150 square feet of floor space for retail stores.
    4. Discussion and possible action on attending WTA Annual Convention
    5. Discussion and possible action on propane for Winter 2022-2023
    6. Discussion and possible action on 2023 Assessor Contract
    7. Discussion and possible action on shouldering on Hill Road and Fairview Road.
